Domaine du Crêt du Ris
We do all the work, from the planting of the vines to the final bottle of wine. Pruning lasts about six months, during the short winter days. Around twenty-five young people (students and seasonal workers, French and Europeans) are employed to harvest the grapes in September ; and the vendanges have started August 20th 2011 ... It is a very nice time to pay a visit to the Domain.
