Wine making

Beaujolais-Villages 2007

It is a light fruity wine, ruby in colour with a cherry-red hue. Soft red fruit flavours dominate the taste.

The wine is a good accompaniment to poultry, roast meats and soft cheeses.

It is elegant in the mouth, and equally good drunk at room temperature, when more than 2 years old ; or slightly chilled (14°C ), especially during summer time. Bottle and Bag in Box.
